usage: qcal.py [-h] [--ref-targets REF_TARGETS] [--ref-params REF_PARAMS] [--ref-runmask REF_RUNMASK] calfolder

Positional Arguments

calfolder: The folder where the program should look for calibration outputs from dvm-dos-tem

--ref-targets

Path to a folder containing a calibration_targets.py file.

Default: calibration/

--ref-params

Path to a folder of parameter files. (cmt_*.txt)

Default: parameters/

--ref-runmask

Path to a folder with a run-mask.nc file in it.

Default: .
